There’s a new teaser trailer for The Hunger Games 3 aka The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1! It is yet again a propaganda TV spot from Capitol TV, but this time around President Snow (Donald Sutherland)’s new address to Panem is interrupted by a pirate transmission from District 13:
